Aapo Pukk (born 3 October 1962, in Tartu) is an Estonian artist. He is mainly known by his portraits and posters. He graduated from Estonian Art Academy in 1980. Pukk has painted a wide range of well-known Estonians active in various fields of culture to politicians. He is a member of Estonian Artists´ Association, Association of Estonian Printmakers, Portrait Society of America – PSOA and Art Society of California. Tartu

Peeter Kreitzberg
Peeter Kreitzberg (14 December 1948 – 3 November 2011) was an Estonian politician, member of parliament and a member of the Social Democratic Party. Kreitzberg served as the Estonian Minister of Culture and Education from April to November 1995. He also taught at Tallinn University from 1997 to 2011. Kreitzberg next served as the deputy mayor of Tallinn, the Estonian capital, from 1996 to 1999. He was elected to the Riigikogu, the nation's unicameral parliament, in 1999. He remained a member of parliament until his death in 2011. Kreitzberg served as the deputy chairman of the Riigikogu for two different tenures, from 2001 to 2003 and again from 2003 to 2005. Matti Milius
Matti Milius (November 10, 1945 – June 3, 2015) was an Estonian art collector. He lived in Tartu and was one of the biggest collectors of Estonian and Baltic contemporary art and a curator of art exhibitions. Milius owned a large collection of bookplates, graphics, and paintings consisting of more than 1,200 works. From 1968 onward, Milius exhibited works from his collection at exhibitions in Estonia and abroad.
