Casal Esportiu Riu Clar-Torreforta
Metalurgia Casal was the largest Portugal, Portuguese motorcycle manufacturer, based in Aveiro, Portugal, Aveiro. It was founded in 1964 with João Casal as the managing director and Robert Zipprich and other ex-Zundapp engineers as the technical managers. Its first products included agricultural machinery and two strokes' moped engines based on Zundapp ones. By 1967 it was producing complete motorcycles, the first one being a scooter, the S170 Carina - a copy of the Zundapp R50 - with a 50cc and 4 speed engine. Copa Catalunya is the name given to the regional group of Catalonia in the Primera División de Baloncesto basketball championship, that is the fifth tier level in the Spanish basketball league system, after the Liga ACB, LEB Oro, LEB Plata and Liga EBA. It is administered by the Catalan Basketball Federation since 1999 and is played under FIBA rules. Championship format 28 teams divided in two groups of 14, disputed a league. Each team of has to play with all the other teams of its group twice, once at home and the other at the opponent's arena. Liga Española de Baloncesto Aficionado (EBA), commonly known as Liga EBA, is a Spanish basketball championship that is the fourth tier level in the Spanish basketball league system, after the Liga ACB, LEB Oro, and LEB Plata. It is administered by the FEB. It was previously the Spanish second tier level competition from 1994 to 1996, the third tier level from 1996 to 2000, and the fifth tier level, from 2007 to 2009. The Liga Española de Baloncesto, also known as LEB Oro, is the second basketball division of the Spanish basketball league system after the Liga ACB. It is run by the FEB. The Liga Española de Baloncesto is divided into two categories (the other one is the LEB Plata). The LEB league was founded in 1996 and is played under FIBA rules. It was renamed LEB Oro in 2007. The league is contested by 18 clubs. Each season, the top-finishing team in the LEB Oro are automatically promoted to the Liga ACB. The teams that finish the season in 2nd to 9th place enter a playoff tournament, with the winner also gaining promotion to the Liga ACB. The three lowest-finishing teams in the LEB Oro are relegated to LEB Plata. The 2009–10 LEB Plata season was the 10th season of the LEB Plata, second league of the Liga Española de Baloncesto and third division in Spain. It was also named Adecco Plata for sponsorship reasons. Competition format 21 teams were divided in the first round in two groups of 12 and 11 teams. The six first qualified teams of each group will join the Group 1. In this Group 1, the winner will be promoted directly to LEB Oro. Teams from 2nd to 8th will join the promotion playoffs with the winner of the Group 2 (played with the remaining teams). The Group B winner will be the last seeded team in the playoffs. 2010–11 LEB Plata Season
The 2010–11 LEB Plata season is the 11th season of the LEB Plata, second league of the Liga Española de Baloncesto and third division in Spain. It is also named Adecco Plata for sponsorship reasons. Competition format 15 teams play the regular season. This is a round robin, where each team will play twice against every rival. The champion of the Regular Season is promoted to the 2011-12 LEB Oro season and the eight next teams enter the play-offs, where the winner is promoted too. The last qualified teams is relegated to 2011-12 Liga EBA. 2016–17 Copa Catalunya Basketball Season
The 2016–17 Copa Catalunya was the 18th season of Copa Catalunya. This season the competition was reduced from 32 to 28 teams. The Final Four was played at the Pavelló Municipal in Salou. Mataró Parc Boet won the title. For the first time an All Star match was played by the best players of each group. The All Star Game was played at Parc Esportiu Llobregat in Cornellà de Llobregat.
