8th APAN Star Awards
The 8th APAN Star Awards () ceremony took place on September 29, 2022, at Korea International Exhibition Center, Western Ilsan District, Goyang, Gyeonggi Province. Hosted by Kwon Yu-ri and Jung Il-woo, it was held face-to-face for the first time in two years. The 2022 awards recognised the excellence in South Korea's television, including terrestrial, cable, OTT, and web dramas, aired from March 2021 to July 2022. Korea International Exhibition Center (, commonly known as KINTEX) is a convention center, convention and exhibition center located in Ilsanseo-gu, Goyang, Gyeonggi Province, approximately from Seoul, South Korea. ''KBS Drama Special'' () is a South Korean anthology series created and broadcast by KBS2, with each episode having a different story, cast, director and scriptwriter. The format is based on its predecessor ''Drama City'' and MBC's Best Theater. ''Drama City'' ended its run in 2008 after 14 years.
