2015 Ginetta Junior Championship Season
The 2015 Kick Start Energy Ginetta Junior Championship was a multi-event, one make motor racing championship held across England and Scotland. The championship featured a mix of professional motor racing teams and privately funded drivers, aged between 14 and 17, competing in Ginetta G40s that conformed to the technical regulations for the championship. It formed part of the extensive program of support categories built up around the British Touring Car Championship centrepiece. It was the ninth Ginetta Junior Championship, and commenced on 4 April 2015 at Brands Hatch – on the circuit's Indy configuration – and concluded on 11 October 2015 at the same venue, utilising the Grand Prix circuit, after twenty races held at ten meetings, all in support of the 2015 British Touring Car Championship season. The 2015 Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship (commonly abbreviated as BTCC) was a motor racing championship for production-based touring cars held across England and Scotland. Oulton Park is a hard surfaced track used for motor racing, close to the village of Little Budworth, Cheshire, England. It is about from Winsford, from Chester city centre, from Northwich and from Warrington, with a nearby rail connection along the Mid-Cheshire Line. Hillspeed is a motor racing team based in the United Kingdom. They currently participate in the GB3 Championship and the GB4 Championship. The team was founded in 1970 in order to run the British Saloon Car Championship entry of Morgan Ollerenshaw. In subsequent years, the team focused primarily on single-seater racing. Senna Proctor (born 12 August 1998 in Driffield) is a British racing driver, currently competing in the British Touring Car Championship for BTC Racing. He is the son of Mark Proctor. Racing career Early career In 2014 he competed in the Ginetta Junior Championship for JHR Developments. In 2015 he competed with Team BMR. Esmee Anna Hawkey (born 2 March 1998 in Chislehurst) is a British racing driver who currently competes in Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters, driving a Lamborghini Huracán GT3 Evo for T3 Motorsport. Biography Inspired by her father, Hawkey began racing karts at the age of ten.
