Gymnastics
Gymnastics is a type of sport that includes physical exercises requiring balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, dedication and endurance. The movements involved in gymnastics contribute to the development of the arms, legs, shoulders, back, chest, and abdominal muscle groups. Gymnastics evolved from exercises used by the ancient Greeks that included skills for mounting and dismounting a horse, and from circus performance skills. The most common form of competitive gymnastics is artistic gymnastics (AG), which consists of, for women (WAG), the events floor, vault, uneven bars, and beam; and for men (MAG), the events floor, vault, rings, pommel horse, parallel bars, and horizontal bar. The governing body for gymnastics throughout the world is the Fédération Internationale de Gymnastique (FIG). 2013 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships
The 2013 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships were held in Antwerp, Belgium, from 30 September to 6 October 2013 at Antwerp's Sports Palace. Kōhei Uchimura won the men's all-around gold medal and finished the competition with four total medals. Simone Biles won the women's all-around title and also finished the competition with four medals. Competition schedule All times are CEST (UTC+2). Kōhei Uchimura won his fourth consecutive individual all-around world championship crown, outscoring silver medalist Ryohei Kato by 1.958 points. Sofia

Pesaro
Pesaro () is a city and ''comune'' in the Italian region of Marche, capital of the Province of Pesaro e Urbino, on the Adriatic Sea. According to the 2011 census, its population was 95,011, making it the second most populous city in the Marche, after Ancona. Maria Pavlovna Titova (russian: Мария Павловна Титова; born 19 August 1997) is a Russian retired individual rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2013 Grand Prix Final all-around silver medalist Career Junior Titova began to do gymnastics at the age of five when she was noticed by one RG coach on the street and invited to the gym. Later on she was invited by Amina Zaripova to the Center of Olympics in Moscow and this year she began to train in Novogorsk. Daria Dmitrievna Svatkovskaya (russian: Дарья Дмитриевна Сватковская; born 4 December 1996 in Moscow) is a retired Russian individual rhythmic gymnast. She is the 2012 Russian National All-around silver medalist. She retired in August 2014, due to a serious back injury. Career Junior Svatkovskaya had a successful junior career, winning gold in rope and bronze in ball finals at the 2010 Pesaro Junior World Cup as well as gold in all-around and all event finals (rope, hoop, ball and clubs) at the junior Schmiden International. Hanna Serhiivna RizatdinovaAlternatively spelled as ''Ganna Rizatdinova'' or ''Anna Rizatdinova''. ( ua, Ганна Сергіївна Різатдінова; born 16 July 1993) is a Ukrainian individual rhythmic gymnast. In the all-around event, she is the 2016 Olympic bronze medalist, a two-time World All-around medalist (silver in 2013, bronze in 2014), and a two-time (2014, 2016) European All-around bronze medalist.
