2024–25 North Florida Ospreys Men's Basketball Team
The 2024–25 North Florida Ospreys men's basketball team represented the University of North Florida during the 2024–25 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Ospreys, led by 16th-year head coach Matthew Driscoll, played their home games at the UNF Arena in Jacksonville, Florida as members of the Atlantic Sun Conference. Previous season The Ospreys finished the 2023–24 season 16–16, 9–7 in ASUN play to finish in fifth place. They were defeated by Austin Peay in the quarterfinals of the ASUN tournament. Matthew Driscoll (basketball)
Matthew Driscoll () is an American college basketball coach who is the former head coach of the University of North Florida Ospreys. Before coming to UNF, Driscoll spent twelve years as an assistant at Baylor University, Valparaiso University, Clemson University and the University of Wyoming. In a May 2008 Fox Sports survey of his peers, Driscoll was rated as one of the top 10 assistants in the country. Career A native of Pittsburgh, Driscoll is a 1992 graduate of Slippery Rock University. From 1993 to 1997, he was the head coach at LaRoche College in Pittsburgh. He is a board member of the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) and a former president. His first stint as a Division I assistant was the 1997–98 season under Larry Shyatt for the Wyoming Cowboys, which resulted in a trip to the NIT. Garrett College is a public community college in McHenry, Maryland. The college has three outreach centers: Accident, Maryland, Accident, Grantsville, Maryland, Grantsville, and Oakland, Maryland, Oakland. Bill Crothers Secondary School is an athletic based high school in the community of Unionville in Markham, Ontario, Canada. It was the newest secondary school in the York Region District School Board for a number of years, since 2008. The Master's University is a private non-denominational Christian university in Santa Clarita, California. History The college was founded in 1927. It was originally named Los Angeles Baptist College and Seminary. In 1961, it moved to Newhall in Santa Clarita, California. Pembroke Pines Charter High School is a charter school in the United States. It is funded and administered by the City of Pembroke Pines, as opposed to the Broward County School Board. In 2005-06, PPCHS received an A grade from the State of Florida, after the school's D grade the previous year. In 2007, PPCHS was named National Charter School of the year. The Columbia Lions basketball team is the basketball team that represents Columbia University in New York City. The school's team currently competes in the Ivy League.
