2024 TCR World Ranking Final
The 2024 TCR World Ranking Final is an automobile racing event that is planned to take place in 2024 at the Algarve Circuit in Portimao, Portugal. The entries will consist of the top 15 drivers in the 2023 TCR World Tour and the top 45 drivers as listed by the TCR World Ranking (not including those already in the top 15 of the TCR World Tour). In total, 60 drivers are planned to compete over the course of the event. The Algarve circuit was announced as the host for the final on 16 October 2023. On 26 January 2024, it was announced that the inaugural TCR World Ranking Final was placed on hold. 2022–23 Middle East Trophy
The 2022–23 Middle East Trophy was the first season of the Middle East Trophy, presented by Creventic. The race are contested with GT3-spec cars, GT4-spec cars, sports cars, 24H-Specials, like silhouette cars, TCR Touring Cars, TCX cars and TC cars. Santiago Urrutia Lausarot (born 30 August 1996) is an Uruguayan racing driver. He currently competes in the World Touring Car Cup, driving for Cyan Performance Lynk & Co. He formerly competed in Indy Lights, and was the 2015 Pro Mazda series champion. Thed Björk (born 14 December 1980 in Vretstorp, Örebro) is a Swedish racing driver, and 2017 World Touring Car Champion. Other notable titles include the 2006 Swedish Touring Car Championship and the 2013, 2014 and 2015 Scandinavian Touring Car Championship.
