Chinese Super League
The Chinese Football Association Super League, commonly known as Chinese Super League or CSL, currently known as the China Ping An Chinese Football Association Super League for sponsorship reasons, is the highest tier of professional football in China, operating under the auspices of the Chinese Football Association (CFA). The league was established in 2004 by the rebranding of the former top division, Chinese Jia-A League. Initially contested by 12 teams in its inaugural year, the league has since expanded, with 18 teams competing in the 2022 season. A total of 35 teams have competed in the CSL since its inception, with 8 of them winning the title: Guangzhou (eight), Shandong Taishan (four), Shenzhen, Dalian Shide, Changchun Yatai, Beijing Guoan, Shanghai Port, and Jiangsu (all one title). Wuhan Sports Center
The Wuhan Sports Centre Stadium ( or Zhuankou Stadium () is sports complex with a multi-use stadium in Wuhan, China. Completed in 2002, it has an all-seated capacity of 54,000. Local football team Wuhan Guanggu played some high attendance matches at the stadium. It was one of the venues for the 2007 FIFA Women's World Cup and the sole venue for the final stage of the 2015 EAFF East Asian Cup. Football club Wuhan Zall were tenants. They drew an average home attendance of 14,403 in their inaugural top division league season in 2013. Currently, it is the home of Wuhan Three Towns. Xi Zhikang (; born 15 November 1956) is a former Chinese footballer and who is the currently caretaker manager Chinese Super League club Shanghai Port. Playing career Born in Shanghai, Xi played for the Shanghai team. During Su Yongshun's management of the Chinese national team, Xi received a call-up.
