2022 Sacramento Shooting
On April 3, 2022, at approximately 2:00 a.m., a mass shooting occurred in Downtown Sacramento, downtown Sacramento, California, United States. Six people were killed and twelve others were injured. ''The Sacramento Bee'' described it as the "worst mass shooting in Sacramento's history". Five shooters are suspected to be involved in the incident. Events The shooting occurred at around 2:00 a.m. in the area of 10th Street and K Street (Sacramento), K Street, just blocks away from the California State Capitol and the Golden 1 Center. Golden 1 Center is an indoor arena, located in downtown Sacramento, California, United States. It sits partially on the site of the former Downtown Plaza shopping center.
