2022 Hawaii Rainbow Warriors Football Team
The 2022 Hawaii Rainbow Warriors football team represents the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa in the 2022 NCAA Division I FBS football season. Led by first-year head coach Timmy Chang, the Rainbow Warriors play their home games at the Clarence T. C. Ching Athletics Complex as members of the West Division of the Mountain West Conference. Previous season The Rainbow Warriors finished the 2021 season with an overall record of 6–7 (3–5 Mountain West). Mountain West Conference
The Mountain West Conference (MW) is one of the collegiate athletic conferences affiliated with the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) (formerly I-A). The MW officially began operations on January 4, 1999. The season was the program's last season as an independent as the Aggies joined Conference USA in 2023.
