2022 AFF U-19 Youth Championship
The 2022 AFF U-19 Youth Championship was the 18th edition of the AFF U-19 Youth Championship, organised by ASEAN Football Federation. It was hosted by Indonesia during July 2022. The planned 2020 and 2021 AFF U-19 Youth Championship were cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic. Malaysia beat Laos 2–0 in the final for their second title in the championship. Participant teams There was no qualification, and all entrants advanced to the final tournament, except for the defending champions Australia. The 2019 AFF U-18 Youth Championship or AFF U18 Next Media Cup 2019 was the 17th edition of the AFF U-19 Youth Championship, organised by ASEAN Football Federation. It was hosted by Vietnam during August 2019. Twelve member associations of the ASEAN Football Federation took part in the tournament featuring two groups of six teams. Australia beat Malaysia 1–0 in the final for their fifth title in the championship. Gelora Bung Karno Madya Stadium ( id, Stadion Madya Gelora Bung Karno) or simply Madya Stadium is a secondary stadium in Gelora Bung Karno Sports Complex with a capacity of 9,170 (20.000++ for concerts). Patriot Candrabhaga Stadium ( id, Stadion Patriot Candrabhaga) is a multi-purpose stadium located in Bekasi, West Java, Indonesia. It is currently used mostly for association football matches.
