2021 Nepal Super League
The 2021 Nepal Super League was the first season of the Nepal Super League, the first professional franchise based club football league of Nepal. A total of seven franchises participated in the tournament played at the Dasharath Rangasala from 24 April to 15 May 2021. Kathmandu Rayzrs won the title after beating Dhangadhi FC in the final on 15 May 2021. Venue All matches were held at the Dasarath Rangasala in Kathmandu, Nepal. Nawayug Shrestha (born 8 June 1990) is a Nepalese international footballer who plays for Nepal Army Club in the top division of the Memorial A-Division League. He was born in Mangalbare, Ilam. He went to Bhanubhakta Higher Secondary School. Before school started the principal had to make sure that enough footballs were in the school such was the game's popularity. Anil Gurung ( ne, अनिल गुरुङ; born 17 September 1986) is a Nepali footballer who plays as a striker for Brigade Boys Club in the Martyr's Memorial A-Division League.
