The 2021 CS Cup of Austria by Icechallenge was held on November 11–14, 2021 in Graz, Austria. It was part of the 2021–22 ISU Challenger Series. ISU Challenger Series
The ISU Challenger Series is a series of international figure skating competitions. Established by the International Skating Union in the 2014–15 season, it is a group of senior-level events ranked below the ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating. Each event consists of at least three disciplines out of four ( men's singles, ladies' singles, pair skating, and ice dancing), and is required to take place between August 1 and December 15. The ISU Challenger Series Synchronized Skating is a separate competition series in the discipline of synchronized skating. History The ISU Council decided to create the series at its February 2014 meeting. Eleven competitions were selected in June 2014. The Triglav Trophy dropped out by October 10, 2014, resulting in a series composed of ten events. Laurence Fournier Beaudry
Laurence Fournier Beaudry (born July 18, 1992) is a Canadian ice dancer. Competing for Canada with her skating partner, Nikolaj Sørensen, she is a six-time Grand Prix medallist, including gold at the 2022 NHK Trophy and a five-time Challenger medallist, including gold at the 2019 CS Nebelhorn Trophy and 2022 CS Finlandia Trophy. Paul Ayer (born April 6, 1998) is a Canadian ice dancer. With his skating partner, Alicia Fabbri, he is the 2024 Canadian national bronze medalist. At the junior level, he is the 2019 Canadian national junior silver medalist and the 2019 Bavarian Open junior silver medalist. They placed in the top nine at the 2019 World Junior Championships. Emily Bausback (born July 24, 2002) is a Canadian retired figure skater. She is the 2020 Canadian national champion. Career Bausback began learning to skate in 2005.
