Corey Circelli
Corey Circelli (born September 11, 2002) is a Canadian figure skater, who represents Italy. He represented Canada at the Four Continents Championships and the Grand Prix series. He is the 2020 Canadian national junior champion and the 2024 Italian national bronze medalist. Personal life Circelli was born in Manchester, England. He is of Italian descent. Single skating career Early years Circelli began learning to skate in 2007. He won the novice men's title at the 2017 Canadian Championships. He made his ISU Junior Grand Prix (JGP) debut in September 2017, placing 14th in Riga, Latvia. Competing in the junior men's category, he won silver at the 2018 Canadian Championships and bronze at the 2019 Canadian Championships. 2021 Canadian Figure Skating Championships
The 2021 Canadian Tire National Skating Championships were scheduled be held on February 8–14, 2021 at the Doug Mitchell Thunderbird Sports Centre in Vancouver, British Columbia. Medals were to be awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dance on the senior and junior levels. Although the official International Skating Union terminology for female skaters in the singles category is ''ladies'', Skate Canada uses ''women'' officially. The results were supposed to be part of the Canadian selection criteria for the 2021 World Championships. (The other three ISU Championship events (the 2021 Four Continents Championships, and the 2021 World Junior Championships) were cancelled.) Vancouver was announced as the host in January 2020. Hallelujah (Leonard Cohen Song)
"Hallelujah" is a song written by Canadian singer Leonard Cohen, originally released on his album ''Various Positions'' (1984). Achieving little initial success, the song found greater popular acclaim through a new version recorded by John Cale in 1991. Olivia McIsaac
Olivia McIsaac (born October 30, 2001) is a Canadian former competitive ice dancer. With her former skating partner, Corey Circelli, she is the 2020 Canadian national junior bronze medalist. With her former skating partner, Elliott Graham, she is the 2018 Canadian national junior silver medalist and finished in the top 12 at the 2018 World Junior Championships. Personal life McIsaac was born on October 30, 2001, in Oakville, Ontario. Her mother, Clare Kelly McIsaac, was a competitive figure skater at the senior level internationally for Canada. 2022 MK John Wilson Trophy
The 2022 MK John Wilson Trophy was the fourth event in the 2022–23 ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating, a senior-level international invitational competition series. It was held at the IceSheffield in Sheffield on November 11–13. It was the replacement event for Cup of China. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, women's singles, pairs, and ice dance. Skaters also earned points toward qualifying for the 2022–23 Grand Prix Final. Toller Cranston
Toller Shalitoe Montague Cranston, CM (April 20, 1949 – January 24, 2015) was a Canadian figure skater and painter. He won the 1971–1976 Canadian national championships, the 1974 World bronze medal and the 1976 Olympic bronze medal. Despite never winning at the World Figure Skating Championships due to his poor compulsory figures, he won the small medal for free skating at the 1972 and 1974 championships. 2022 Four Continents Figure Skating Championships
The 2022 Four Continents Figure Skating Championships were held from January 18–23, 2022 in Tallinn, Estonia. Held annually since 1999 (except 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic), the competition featured skaters from the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Oceania. Medals were awarded in the disciplines of men's singles, women's singles, pairs, and ice dance. Although the event was designed for non-European skaters, the International Skating Union asked the Estonian Skating Union, the host of the 2022 European Championships, to host the Four Continents Championships in the same venue after no non-European ISU members applied to host following the Chinese Skating Association's withdrawal.
