2019–20 Liga IV Tulcea
The 2019–20 Liga IV Tulcea was the 52nd season of the Liga IV Tulcea, the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system. The season began on 15 September 2019 and was scheduled to end in June 2020, but was suspended in March because of the COVID-19 pandemic in Romania. The season ended officially on 15 July 2020 after AJF Tulcea (County Football Association) concluding that the teams could not meet the medical conditions for matches at this level. ACS Pescărușul Sarichioi, Pescărușul Sarichioi was crowned as champion. Liga IV Tulcea
Liga IV Tulcea is the county association football, football division of Liga IV for clubs based in Tulcea County, România. The competition is ranked as the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system and it is competed between 10 teams, the winner may or may not be promoted to Liga III, depending on the result of a promotion play-off that is disputed against a winner of the neighboring counties series.
