Liga IV Tulcea
Liga IV Tulcea is the county association football, football division of Liga IV for clubs based in Tulcea County, România. The competition is ranked as the fourth tier of the Romanian football league system and it is competed between 10 teams, the winner may or may not be promoted to Liga III, depending on the result of a promotion play-off that is disputed against a winner of the neighboring counties series. History In 1968, along with the territorial reorganization of the country, but also due to the large number of requests, the Romanian Football Federation proposes a competitive system in which each county has its own football championship, which will activate the former teams in the regional championship as well as the racing and town championship teams from the previous edition. Fotbal Club Delta Tulcea, commonly known as Delta Tulcea, was a professional football club from Tulcea, Romania, originally founded in 1973, then refounded in 2005, 2013, and 2021. The club was last time enrolled in the Liga IV, fourth tier of the Romanian Football League System. History The club was founded in 1973 as ''Fotbal Club Delta Tulcea'' then reorganized in 2005. Fortuna ( la, Fortūna, equivalent to the Greek goddess Tyche) is the goddess of fortune and the personification of luck in Roman religion who, largely thanks to the Late Antique author Boethius, remained popular through the Middle Ages until at least the Renaissance. Lake Razelm or Lake Razim (, ''Limanul Razelm'') is the name of a large freshwater lagoon on the shores of the Black Sea in Romania, south of the Danube Delta and part of its World Heritage Site. It is the largest liman in Romania. The name is also sometimes applied to the complex it forms with several other limans and lagoons. This complex can be separated into two subgroups. The northern subgroup contains freshwater Razelm and Lake Golovița, which are connected by a channel wide, whereas the southern group is made up of salt lakes.
