2019 W Series Hockenheim Round
The 2019 W Series Hockenheim round (also commercially referred to as #WRace1) was the first round of the 2019 W Series, and took place at the Hockenheimring in Germany on 4 May 2019. The event was an undercard to the 2019 Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters round at the same circuit. 2019 W Series
The 2019 W Series was the inaugural motor racing season of the W Series, an all-female Formula 3-level racing series. Driver selection 55 drivers were initially entered in a qualifying longlist for the 2019 season, with a further six added later on. An evaluation was held at the Wachauring in Melk, Austria over 26–28 January, with series judges—including David Coulthard, Alexander Wurz and Lyn St. James— selecting a shortlist of drivers that would get to test the Tatuus–Alfa Romeo T-318. GP3 Series
The GP3 Series, or GP3 for short, was a single-seater motor racing series launched in 2010 as a feeder series for the GP2 Series, introduced by GP2 organiser Bruno Michel. GP3 followed the entire European leg of the Formula One series and the GP2 (now Formula 2) series as a support race for the two. Like the GP2 series, GP3 gave drivers the experience of the Grand Prix environment, and took advantage of the infrastructure, such as marshals and medical facilities, in place for the Formula One events. The Lausitzring (formally known as the Dekra Lausitzring for ownership reasons) is a race track located near Klettwitz (a civil parish of Schipkau, Oberspreewald-Lausitz district) in the state of Brandenburg in northeast Germany, near the borders of Poland and the Czech Republic. It was originally named Lausitzring as it is located in the region the Germans call Lausitz (Lusatia), but was renamed EuroSpeedway Lausitz for better international communication from 2000 to 2010. 2010 FIA Formula Two Championship
The 2010 FIA Formula Two Championship season was the second year of the FIA Formula Two Championship. The championship began on 18 April at Silverstone and concluded on 19 September at the Circuit Ricardo Tormo in Valencia, after nine double-header rounds. For most of the season, the championship battle revolved around a pair of British drivers, returning driver Jolyon Palmer and Formula Renault UK graduate Dean Stoneman. 2014 F1600 Championship Series
The 2014 F1600 Championship Series season was the fourth season of the F1600 Championship Series. The season commenced on April 12 at Road Atlanta, and ended on October 12 at Watkins Glen International after 14 races held at 7 meetings. No fewer than eleven drivers won races during the season, but it was Norway's Ayla Ågren who won the title for Team Pelfrey. Ågren had trailed her team-mate Garth Rickards by nine points going into the final round, but her last-lap victory in the final race of the season; her third win of 2014 – passing Sam Chastain to do so – allowed her to take the championship title, ahead of Rickards by a total of thirteen points.
