The 2018 U-19 Asia Rugby Championship is an international rugby union competition for Under 20 national teams in Asia. The competition was held in Taipei, Taiwan. The winners in Asia Rugby U19 Championship secured a berth at the 2019 World Rugby Under 20 Trophy. Top division The top division was held in Taipei, Taiwan from 12–18 December 2018 in a round-robin tournament format. Table Matches All times are local (UTC+8). The 2019 World Rugby Under 20 Trophy was the twelfth annual international rugby union competition for Under 20 national teams, second-tier world championship. The event was held at the Estádio Martins Pereira in São José dos Campos from 9 until 21 July and was organized by rugby's governing body, World Rugby. The Taipei Municipal Stadium () is a multi-purpose stadium in Taipei, Taiwan. The original stadium, built in 1956, was used mostly for track and field events. Entertainer Michael Jackson performed two concerts there during his ''Dangerous World Tour'' on 4 and 6 September 1993 in front of a crowd of 80,000. The stadium was demolished and reconstructed for the 2009 Summer Deaflympics between December 2006 and July 2009. The new stadium is able to hold 20,000 people.
