2017 Colorado Classic
The 2017 Colorado Classic was a four-stage 2.HC event on the 2017 UCI America Tour. Teams Sixteen teams started the race. Each team had a maximum of six riders: Route Final standings General classification The general classification was won by Manuel Senni. Points classification The points classification was won by Travis McCabe. Mountains classification The mountain classification was won by Serghei Tvetcov (where he was also named best Colorado rider). 2017 UCI America Tour
The 2017 UCI America Tour was the thirteenth season of the UCI America Tour. The season began on October 24, 2016 with the Vuelta a Guatemala and ended on October 15, 2017. The points leader, based on the cumulative results of previous races, wears the UCI America Tour cycling jersey. Throughout the season, points are awarded to the top finishers of stages within stage races and the final general classification standings of each of the stages races and one-day events. The quality and complexity of a race also determines how many points are awarded to the top finishers, the higher the UCI rating of a race, the more points are awarded. Serghei Țvetcov
Serghei Țvetcov (born 29 December 1988) is a Moldovan-born Romanian racing cyclist, who rides for the Denver Disruptors. He rode at the 2014 UCI Road World Championships, where he competed in both the road race and the individual time trial. In the 2013 and 2014 seasons, he rode for the UCI Continental team . His best result in this time was third place in the 2014 USA Pro Cycling Challenge. Following this result, he signed for the UCI Professional Continental team for the 2015 season. Brent Bookwalter (born February 16, 1984) is an American former professional cyclist, who last rode for UCI WorldTeam . Career Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States, Bookwalter was a member of the Lees–McRae College (Banner Elk, NC) cycling team from 2003–2006.
