Football Club Altyn Asyr ( tk, link=no, Altyn Asyr futbol kluby), also known as Altyn Asyr Ashgabat or simply Altyn Asyr, which translates to "Golden Century", is a Turkmen football club based in Ashgabat. Founded in 2008, the club competes in the Ýokary Liga, the top tier of Turkmen football. It has remained there ever since, winning the Turkmenistan Higher League championship eight times in a row (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021). The club also won the Turkmenistan Cup for 5 times in 2009, 2015, 2016, 2019 and 2020 and has been regular in AFC Cup recently. The team plays in the Ashgabat Stadium. Ashgabat Futbol Kluby is a Turkmen football club based in Ashgabat. They play in the top division of Turkmenistan football, Ýokary Liga. Their home stadium is Nisa Stadium. The club was first founded in 2006, they finished 3rd in their debut year under famous manager Ali Gurbani, who left the club following the home loss to Turan Dasoguz. After Rahym Gurbanmämmedow took charge, the club clinched their first title in 2007. History The first season in the Ýokary Liga FC Ashgabat started under the leadership of coach Ali Gurbani. 2015 Turkmenistan Cup
The 2015 Turkmenistan Cup ( tk, Türkmenistanyň Kubogy 2015) was the 22nd season of the Turkmenistan Cup knockout tournament. Performed by the system of leaving since the quarterfinals, except commands FC Merw, FC Köpetdag, FC Daşoguz and FC Energetik Türkmenbaşy, they began the tournament with a preliminary stage. The 2017 AFC Cup was the 14th edition of the AFC Cup, Asia's secondary club football tournament organized by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC).
