2015 Meistriliiga
The 2015 Meistriliiga, also known as A. Le Coq Premium Liiga for sponsorship reasons, was the 25th season of the Meistriliiga, the first level in the Estonian football system. The season started on 6 March 2015 and the final matchday took place on 7 November. Levadia, the defending champions, finished runner-up behind Flora, who won their tenth title. Teams A total of ten teams will contest the league, including 8 sides from the 2014 season and two promoted teams from the 2014 Esiliiga. Tallinna Kalev were relegated from the Meistriliiga after three seasons and were replaced by Pärnu Linnameeskond, the best of independent teams in 2014 Esiliiga, Pärnu made their comeback to top flight after 6 seasons on lower levels. Lokomotiv were relegated after a single season, they were defeated in the relegation play-offs by Tulevik returning to Meistriliiga after four-year absence. Meistriliiga
Meistriliiga (, known as the A. Le Coq Premium Liiga for sponsorship reasons) is the highest division of the Estonian Football Association annual football (soccer), football championship. The league was founded in 1992, and was initially semi-professional with amateur clubs allowed to compete. With the help of solidarity mechanisms, the league is fully professional since the 2020 Meistriliiga, 2020 season. As in most countries with low temperatures in winter time, the season starts in March and ends in November. Meistriliiga consists of ten clubs, all teams play each other four times. After each season the bottom team is relegated and the second last team plays a two-legged play-off for a place in the Meistriliiga. In February 2013, A. Le Coq, an Estonian brewery company, signed a five-year cooperation agreement with the Estonian Football Association, which included Meistriliiga naming rights. JK Narva Trans, commonly known as Narva Trans or just Trans, are a professional Estonian association football club based in Narva that compete in the Meistriliiga, the top flight of Estonian football. The club's home ground is Narva Kreenholm Stadium. The club were founded as Avtomobilist in 1979, changed their name to Autobaas in 1989 and Narva Trans in 1992. The Kadriorg Stadium ( et, Kadrioru staadion) is a multi-purpose stadium in Tallinn, Estonia. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home stadium of Tallinna JK Legion and JK Tallinna Kalev . The stadium holds 5,000 and was opened in 1926. Sportland Arena
Sportland Arena is an association football stadium in Tallinn, Estonia. Located next to Estonia's largest stadium A. Le Coq Arena, it is part of the Lilleküla Football Complex. The stadium is named after the sporting goods retail company ''Sportland''. Sportland Arena is used as a home ground by TJK Legion. Due to its artificial turf surface and under-soil heating, the stadium also serves as the home ground for FC Flora, FCI Levadia and Tallinna Kalev in the winter and early spring months. Sillamäe (Estonian for 'Bridge Hill'; also known by the Germanised names of ''Sillamäggi'' or ''Sillamägi'') is a town in Ida-Viru County in the northern part of Estonia, on the southern coast of the Gulf of Finland. Jõhvi is a town in northeastern Estonia, and the administrative centre of the Ida-Viru County. The town is also an administrative centre of Jõhvi Parish. JK Tallinna Kalev, also known as Tallinna Kalev or simply Kalev, is a football club based in Tallinn, Estonia, that competes in the Meistriliiga, the top flight of Estonian football.
