The 2014 William Jones Cup was the 36th William Jones Cup, a top-level international basketball tournament of FIBA Asia. The tournament was held in Taiwan from 9–17 August 2014. Taipei (), officially Taipei City, is the capital and a special municipality of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Overtaking or passing is the act of one vehicle going past another slower moving vehicle, travelling in the same direction, on a road. The lane used for overtaking another vehicle is often a passing lane farther from the road shoulder which is to the left in places that drive on the right and to the right in places that drive on the left. Overtime (sports)
Overtime or extra time is an additional period of play specified under the rules of a sport to bring a game to a decision and avoid declaring the match a tie or draw where the scores are the same. In some sports, this extra period is played only if the game is required to have a clear winner, as in single-elimination tournaments where only one team or players can advance to the next round or win the tournament. The rules of overtime or extra time vary between sports and even different competitions. Some may employ " sudden death", where the first player or team who scores immediately wins the game. In others, play continues until a specified time has elapsed, and only then is the winner declared. The Ulsan Hyundai Mobis Phoebus is a professional basketball club in the Korean Basketball League.
