Jason Palmer (golfer)
Jason Palmer (born 8 October 1984) is an English professional golfer who previously played on the European Tour. Jason retired through injury and now Caddies for long term friend and fellow professional Chris Paisley. Amateur career As an amateur whilst at Birmingham University, Palmer won the 2006 Italian Amateur Open. In 2008 he followed this up with a win in the Midlands Open. His biggest win as an amateur came in 2009 at the South of England Open Amateur Championship at Walton Heath Golf Club. Professional career Palmer turned professional in 2009 and initially played on the Alps Tour, his first win on the tour came at the 2010 Uniqa Financelife Open. Following the 2010 season, Palmer joined the Challenge Tour and played a mixed schedule of Challenge Tour and Alps Tour events. Sébastien Gros
Sébastien Gros (born 8 November 1989) is a French professional golfer. Gros was born in Villeurbanne, France. He turned professional in 2011 and played on the Alps Tour. He won on the Alps Tour in 2012 and 2013. He began playing on the Challenge Tour and Asian Tour in 2014. At the end of 2014, he played all three stages of the European Tour Qualifying School: he finished 32nd, just missing out on a place on the main tour, but earned a place on the Challenge Tour for 2015. Gros won his first Challenge Tour event in 2015 at the Najeti Open in Saint-Omer, France, and also won the Kazakhstan Open later in the year. He was second in the 2015 Challenge Tour Order of Merit to earn a place on the European Tour for 2016. Gros played on the European Tour from 2016 to 2018. Lukas Nemecz (born 17 August 1989) is an Austrian professional golfer who plays on the European Tour. On the 2021 Challenge Tour, he was runner-up at the Italian Challenge, the German Challenge, and the Hopps Open de Provence. Early life and amateur career Nemecz was introduced to golf at a young age by his parents and credits sibling rivalry with helping him improve his game. He enjoyed a strong amateur career in Austria where he was an 11-time national champion. He was low amateur at the 2010 Lyoness Open and runner-up behind Julien Brun at the 2011 European Nations Cup in Spain. The 2014 Challenge Tour was a series of professional golf tournaments collectively known as the Challenge Tour. The Challenge Tour is Europe's official developmental tour and is organised by the PGA European Tour. It was introduced in 1986 and was originally called the Satellite Tour, before being renamed with its present title in 1990. Schedule The following table lists official events during the 2014 season. Benjamin Evans (born 13 December 1986) is an English professional golfer who has played on the European Tour. Education Evans was educated at Claremont Preparatory School, St Leonards-on-Sea and then at Millfield School, Somerset (2000–04). Professional career Evans finished second at The Foshan Open in 2014. This result helped him to a 17th-place finish in the Order of Merit for the 2014 Challenge Tour that gave him conditional status on the European Tour. Steven Brown (born 7 May 1987) is an English professional golfer who plays on the European Tour. He won the 2019 Portugal Masters. Amateur career Brown won the 2011 English Amateur.
