2010 Waratah Cup
The 2010 Waratah Cup (known as the 2010 McDonald's Cup for sponsorship reasons) was the 8th season of the knockout competition under the Waratah Cup name. The competition featured clubs from all parts of NSW - from Association, NSW State League Division One, NSW State League Division Two, NSW Super League and NSW Premier League competitions. The winners were Marconi Stallions, their first title. Preliminary round Three matches kick started the 2010 McDonald's Cup campaign on Wednesday 31 March after as many as seven games were cancelled due to wet weather conditions that gripped Sydney. Sutherland Sharks Football Club is an Australian Association football club based in the suburb of Sutherland in Sydney New South Wales. The club currently competes in the National Premier Leagues NSW. The club's home games are played at Seymour Shaw Park, located in the southern Sydney suburb of Miranda. Dandaloo is a rural locality in New South Wales, approximately 370 km north west from Sydney, about 15 km north east of Albert and about 40 km south west of Trangie. It is within the Narromine Council area. The locality was named by local landowner Florent Martel after a town in France, and is the subject of the Banjo Paterson poem "An Idyll of Dandaloo". During the colonial era a ''village of Dandaloo'' was proposed where the Trangie-Melrose Road crosses the Bogan River.
