2010 German Formula Three Season
The 2010 ATS F3 Cup was the eighth edition of the German F3 Cup. The season consisted of nine race weekends, totalling eighteen races, beginning on 10 April at Oschersleben and ending on 3 October at the same venue. HS Technik driver Tom Dillmann became the first French driver to win the championship title after a title battle with Van Amersfoort Racing's Daniel Abt. Dillmann, who won six races during the season had held a seven-point championship lead into the final race over Abt, who won the opening race at Oschersleben to go with his other win at Assen, which meant that Abt had to finish in the top two placings to have a mathematical chance of overhauling Dillmann, but a broken lambda sensor eliminated Abt from challenging Dillmann. Also resolved at the final round was the battle for third place between Motopark Academy rookie and three-time race winner Kevin Magnussen and Abt's Van Amersfoort team-mate Stef Dusseldorp, who won races at Oschersleben and Assen. German Formula Three Championship
The German Formula Three Championship was the national Formula Three championship of Germany, and the former West Germany, from 1950 to 2002, then as Formel 3 until 2014. In 2003, the series had merged with the French Formula Three Championship to form the Formula 3 Euro Series. The lower-level series, the ATS Formel 3 Cup, subsequently operated in Germany, but it folded after the end of the 2014 season. Mikhail Petrovich Aleshin ( rus, Михаи́л Петро́вич Алёшин, p=mʲɪxɐˈil pʲɪˈtrovʲɪtɕ ɐˈlʲɵʂɨn, born 22 May 1987 in Moscow, Soviet Union) is a Russian professional racing driver and the 2010 champion of the Formula Renault 3.5 Series. Marco Sørensen
Marco L. Sørensen (born 6 September 1990) is a Danish racing driver currently racing for Aston Martin Racing as a factory driver in the FIA World Endurance Championship. He was part of the Renault Driver Development. He has competed in such series as Eurocup Formula Renault 2.0, ADAC Formel Masters and the British Formula Ford Championship. His younger brother, Lasse, is also a racing driver and currently competes in the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series. Markus Pommer (; born 27 January 1991) is a German racing driver. Career Born in Heilbronn, Pommer began his racing career in karting 1999. He remained in karting until 2006. Amongst others he won 2004 the ''Southern German ADAC Kart Cup – ICA Junior''. 2007 he began his formula racing career. He competed in the Formula BMW ADAC for Mücke Motorsport. Nigel Melker (born 25 January 1991) is a Dutch racing driver. Career Karting Melker was born in Rotterdam. He began his motorsport career in karting in 2001, winning in the Dutch Mini Junior Cup.
