2005 Bavarian Cup
The 2005 Bavarian Cup was the eighth edition of this competition, organised by the Bavarian Football Association (''BFV''), which was started in 1998. It ended with the Jahn Regensburg winning the competition. Together with the finalist, FC Ingolstadt 04, both clubs were qualified for the DFB Cup 2005-06. The competition is open to all senior men's football teams playing within the Bavarian football league system and the Bavarian clubs in the Regionalliga Süd (III). Rules & History The seven Bezirke in Bavaria each play their own cup competition which in turn used to function as a qualifying to the German Cup (DFB-Pokal). Since 1998 these seven cup-winners plus the losing finalist of the region that won the previous event advance to the newly introduced Bavarian Cup, the Toto-Pokal. A tab-separated values (TSV) file is a simple text format for storing data in a tabular structure, e.g., a database table or spreadsheet data, and a way of exchanging information between databases. Alemannia Aachen
Alemannia Aachen () or ATSV Alemannia 1900 is a football in Germany, German football club from the western city of Aachen, North Rhine-Westphalia. A long term fixture of the country's 2. Bundesliga, second division, ''Alemannia'' enjoyed a three-year turn in the Bundesliga in the late 1960s and, after a successful 2005–06 campaign, returned to the first division for a 2006–07 Bundesliga, single season. Kickers is a youth brand created in 1970 in France that produces a wide range of footwear and clothing. Kickers was bought in 2007 by the Royer group. SpVgg Bayreuth is a German football club based in Bayreuth, Bavaria. Apart from coming within two games of earning promotion to the Bundesliga in 1979, the club also reached the quarter finals of the DFB-Pokal twice, in 1977 and 1980. SC Eltersdorf
The SC Eltersdorf is a German association football club from the Eltersdorf district of Erlangen, Bavaria. An amateur club who has mostly played in the lower leagues of Bavaria, the club achieved its greatest success in 2011–12 when it earned promotion to the Regionalliga. The Mittelfranken Cup (German: ''Mittelfränkischer Pokal'') was a domestic cup competition for the Bavarian Bezirk of Middle Franconia (German: ''Mittelfranken''), played until 2009. TSG Thannhausen is a German association football club located in Thannhausen, Bavaria. Overview ''TSG Thannhausen'' traces its earliest origins as an organization to 1862, first as a gymnastics club and then later as a gymnastics club and fire brigade as required by local bylaw. The Schwaben Cup (German: ''Schwäbischer Pokal'') was a domestic cup competition in the Bavarian ''Regierungsbezirk'' of Swabia (German: ''Schwaben''), played from 1947 to 2009. Overview The competition was first played in 1947, before the reintroduction of the German Cup. With the introduction of the national cup competition, the Schwaben Cup also became a qualifying competition for it. The Schwaben Cup has been played annually since 1947 with the exception of 1956 and 1957, when it was not held. The SpVgg Hankofen-Hailing is a German association football club from the villages of Hankofen and Hailing in the municipality of Leiblfing, Bavaria. FC Ismaning
FC Ismaning is a German association football club based in Ismaning by Munich, Bavaria. History The 700 member club was founded in March 1921 and played in lower-tier competition until the mid-90s when the footballers advanced for the first time to the Landesliga Bayern-Süd (V). Ismaning enjoyed its most successful season to date in 1999–2000 when it took the Landesliga title to move up to the Oberliga Bayern (IV) and also captured the Bavarian Cup.
