1935–36 La Liga
The 1935–36 La Liga was the eighth edition of the Spanish national league, and the last one before the Spanish Civil War. The season started November 10, 1935, and finished April 19, 1936. Athletic Bilbao achieved their fourth title. Hércules and Osasuna made their debuts in La Liga. The Campeonato Nacional de Liga de Primera División, commonly known simply as Primera División in Spain, and as La Liga in English-speaking countries and officially as LaLiga Santander for sponsorship reasons, stylized as LaLiga, is the men's top professional football division of the Spanish football league system. Pamplona (; eu, Iruña or ), historically also known as Pampeluna in English, is the capital city of the Chartered Community of Navarre, in Spain.
