1921 Copa Del Rey
The Copa del Rey 1921 was the 21st staging of the Copa del Rey, the Spanish football cup competition. The competition started on 9 April 1921, and concluded on 8 May 1921, with the Final, held at the San Mamés in Bilbao, in which Athletic Bilbao lifted the trophy for the eighth time with a 4–1 victory over Athletic Madrid thanks to two braces from José María Laca and Domingo Acedo. Campeonato Regional Centro
The Campeonato Regional Centro (Spanish for Central Regional Championship) was an important annual association football competition for clubs based primarily in the Castile region of Spain, including the Community of Madrid, during the first half of the 20th century. The competition was organised by the Madrid Football Federation and first held in 1903 as the Campeonato de Madrid (Madrid Championship) and renamed as the Campeonato Regional de Madrid (Madrid Regional Championship) for the 1906–13 seasons. Manuel Posada
Manuel Posada Tapias (2 August 1896 – 13 September 1983), better known as Manolo Posada, was a Spanish footballer who played as a forward for Real Madrid and Celta de Vigo. He is best known for being part of the first-ever team fielded by Celta de Vigo in 1923. Club career Posada began his career as a footballer at Fortuna de Vigo, but his studies in Madrid allowed him to alternate between the Vigo team and Madrid FC (now Real Madrid). He found greater success with the latter, where he featured alongside the likes of Ricardo Álvarez, Alberto Machimbarrena, Feliciano Rey, José María Sansinenea and Santiago Bernabéu. Redondela (footballer)
Redondela is a municipality in the province of Pontevedra, in the autonomous community of Galicia, Spain. It belongs to the comarca of Vigo. The most famous icons of the village are its two major railway viaducts built in the nineteenth century. Due to these infrastructures Redondela is known under the nickname "Village of the viaducts." Real Sporting de Gijón, S.A.D. Real Fortuna Football Club, was a Spanish football club based in Vigo, Galicia, founded in 1905. Background Vigo was one of the cities through which football entered the Iberian Peninsula, thanks to British sailors and workers.
