Roskilde BK 1906
Football Club Roskilde is a Danish professional association football club based in Roskilde, Region Zealand. They will compete in the Danish 2nd Division in the 2022–23 season following their promotion. They play at Roskilde Idrætspark (also known as 'The Eagles' Nest', after the eagle in the club's logo) which has a capacity of 6,000. History The club was founded in 2004 as a merger between Roskilde Boldklub 1906, Svogerslev Boldklub and Himmelev-Veddelev Boldklub. Thomas Maale
Thomas Ørdal Maale (born 22 October 1974) is a Danish former footballer and physical coach at HB Køge. He played for a number of Danish clubs including Lyngby BK, Fremad Amager and Hvidovre IF. In July 2008 he was named new manager of Glostrup FK. He continued as manager of the club, after it merged with Albertslund IF in 2009 to form BGA. Søren Hermansen
Søren Hermansen (born 7 September 1970) is a Danish professional football coach and former player who played as a forward. He is manager of the Denmark national under-16 team. Playing career During his active career, he started as a youth player for hometown clubs Skovbakken and AGF before helping Aarhus Fremad reach promotion to the Danish Superliga. In 1998, he signed with Lyngby Boldklub before moving to Mechelen in Belgium. After three tumultuous seasons there where he was demoted to the reserves and did not receive months worth of pay, he ended his career in Iceland with Þróttur where he played for two years. He scored 75 goals in all Danish divisions during his tenures for Fremad and Lyngby. Brønshøj BK
Brønshøj, part of the municipality of Copenhagen, forms, together with Husum, the administrative city district (''bydel'') of Brønshøj-Husum, in Denmark. History The first mention of the village Brønshøj (Brunshoga), is in a letter dated October 21, 1186 from Pope Urban III to Archbishop Absalon. Brønshøj Church dates from approximately the same time. In 1658-1660, during The Northern Wars, the village and its immediate surroundings were transformed into a military fortress and town, named Carlstad by the Swedish Army under the command of King Karl X Gustav. This town supported the Swedish siege of Copenhagen. The population reached c. 30,000, which was the same as that of Copenhagen itself. The siege ended on the death of Karl X Gustav, 13 February 1660. Evidence of the fortifications cannot be found in the landscape today, though many artifacts have been uncovered.
