1995–96 Danish 1st Division
The 1995–96 Danish 1st Division season was the 51st season of the Danish 1st Division league championship and the 10th consecutive as a second tier competition governed by the Danish Football Association. The division- champion and runner-up promoted to the 1996–97 Danish Superliga. The teams in the 13th to 16th spots relegated between the Danish 2nd Division East and West 1996-97. Ølstykke FC
Ølstykke Fodbold Club ; also known as Ølstykke FC or ØFC) is an association football club based in the town of Ølstykke on Zealand, Denmark. The men's team competes in the Series 1, the sixth tier of the Danish football league system and the second tier of the regional DBU Zealand competitions. The club was founded on 18 May 1918 as ''Ølstykke Idrætsforening'', as the club also had a basketball department. In 1986, the name was changed to Ølstykke FC as the club wanted to focus solely on football. History Formation and rise through the divisions Ølstykke Idrætsforening (Ø.I.F.) was founded as a sports association on 18 May 1918 with Aksel Larsen as the club's first chairman, and over the years had both association football and basketball as its main departments. Chris Hermansen
Chris Hermansen (born 23 January 1975) is a retired football player, who most notably won the 1999 Danish Cup with Akademisk Boldklub (AB). He played as a forward and scored 73 goals in 174 games in the Danish Superliga from 1996 to 2004. Hermansen played five games for Danish youth selections, including three games for the Denmark national under-21 football team. During his club career, Hermansen played for Esbjerg fB, 1. FC Köln, Ikast FS, Herfølge BK, AB, Vejle BK and Kolding FC. After retiring as a player, Hermansen took up coaching, and became the coach in the football club Løsning IF. Boldklubben 1909, known as B1909, is a Danish association football club currently playing in the Denmark Series. They play at Gillested Park in Odense on Funen, which has a capacity of 6,000. Founded in 1909, the club spent a total 38 seasons in the Danish championship from 1912 to 1993, and won the 1959 and 1964 Danish 1st Division championships, as well as the 1962 and 1971 Danish Cup trophies. In the 2006–07 season, the first team of B1909 merged with B 1913 and Dalum IF, to form FC Fyn. B 1909's new first team continued in the Danish league system, but had to stay two leagues below FC Fyn.
