	1995 Norwegian Second Division The 1995 2. divisjon, the third highest association football league for men in Norway. 22 games were played in 6 groups, with 3 points given for wins and 1 for draws. Elverum, Ullern, Mjøndalen, Vidar, Byåsen and Harstad were promoted to the First Division. Number ten, eleven and twelve were relegated to the 3. divisjon. The winning teams from each of the 19 groups in the 3. divisjon were promoted to the 2. divisjon. 	Sogndal Fotball 2 Norwegian reserve football teams compete at all levels of league football within the Norwegian football league system apart from the top two divisions, Eliteserien and 1. divisjon. The highest league these teams can currently enter is the 2. divisjon, set at the third tier of the league system. The reserve teams are attached to their first teams with a "2" suffix and must play in a lower league than the first team. Furthermore, if a club's first team plays in the 1. divisjon, the reserves team cannot play in the 2. divisjon either. If a reserve team ends up at a promotion spot when it is not allowed to be promoted, the promotion is awarded to best following team in the league standings which is allowed to be promoted. 	Skarbøvik IF Skarbøvik Idrettsforening is a Norwegian sports club based in the outermost part of Ålesund, Møre og Romsdal. The club have teams in both football and handball. The first team in football plays in the Third Division. Skarbøvik has in the recent years alternated between the Second Division and the Third Division. Skarbøvik won promotion to the Second Division in 2007 after beating Træff 7-2 on aggregate in the promotion playoff. Skarbøvik played three seasons in the Second Division, but were relegated in the 2010 season after finishing one point behind Byåsen who kept clear of relegation. The men's team is currently playing in the Norwegian Second Division, after being relegated from the 1. divisjon in 2015. The club comes from Sandvika, the administrative centre of the municipality Bærum.
