Stuart Morris (cyclist)
Stuart Morris is an Australian lawyer. He served as a Justice of the Supreme Court of Victoria and as President of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) from 2003 until 2007. Former Chairman of the Victorian Government's Local Government Commission, 1986 under the Cain Government. Stuart Morris worked as a barrister, and was one of Australia's leading lawyers in planning law. He was appointed a Queen's Counsel in 1991. He is credited with having driven major improvements at VCAT. However, the position of VCAT President typically attracts criticism from some local municipalities unhappy with planning decisions. Hugh Cameron is a champion racing cyclist, having won the madison at the British National Track Championships in three consecutive years with Paul Curran. He first became interested in cycling as a schoolboy, it was at Grangefield Grammar School, Stockton-on-Tees in 1968 that he set up a cycling club along with Brian Cossavella. Brian Tate Milner (born November 17, 1959) is an American former professional baseball player. He played two games in Major League Baseball (MLB) for the Toronto Blue Jays in 1978 as a catcher. Biography Milner attended Southwest High School in Fort Worth, Texas, where he played baseball and football. He planned to attend Arizona State University, but was selected in the seventh round of the 1978 MLB draft, held June 6–8, by the Toronto Blue Jays. He signed with Toronto on June 17 after being offered a $150,000 signing bonus and the opportunity to join the MLB team immediately. Milner joined the Blue Jays the next day, but did not make his major-league debut until June 23, in a road game against the Cleveland Indians. British National Team Pursuit Championships
The British National Team Pursuit Championships are held annually as part of the British National Track Championships organized by British Cycling. Prior to 1996, there were two separate team pursuit championship events for amateur and professional riders. A women's championship was later added, competing over a shorter 3 km distance with three riders, until 2013 when this was increased to 4 km with 4 riders as in the men's event.
