1970–71 Paris Saint-Germain F.C. Season
The 1970–71 season was Paris Saint-Germain's 1st season in existence. PSG mainly played their home league games at the Stade Jean-Bouin in Paris, but occasionally at the Stade Municipal Georges Lefèvre in Saint-Germain-en-Laye as well, registering an average attendance of 3,018 spectators per match. The club was presided by Pierre-Étienne Guyot and the team was coached by player-manager Pierre Phelipon. Jean Djorkaeff was the team captain. Guy Crescent
Guy Crescent (10 June 1920 – 16 October 1996) was a French businessman. He was president of the company from 1963 to 1985, and of football club Paris Saint-Germain in 1971, which he helped create a year prior. Biography Early life Guy Crescent was born on 10 June 1920 in Paris. He was diagnosed with polio at the age of three months. He completed eight years of mecanotherapy and rehabilitation at a very high level to be able to walk for the first time at the age of twelve. Education and World War II Crescent completed his secondary schooling at the Collège Stanislas de Paris and the Lycée Saint-Louis-de-Gonzague, and subsequently joined the Paris Law Faculty. Stade Poitevin FC
Stade Poitevin FC is a French football team based in the city of Poitiers, which was established in 1921. It was known as Poitiers FC between 2007 and 2018, and had a number of other names in its history. The club (as Stade Poitevin PEPP) spent the 1995–96 season in Ligue 2. Camille Choquier (born 25 September 1941) is a French former professional football player and manager. Bernard Guignedoux
Bernard Guignedoux (31 January 1947 – 1 January 2021) was a French professional football player and manager. He is known for being the first goal-scorer in the history of Paris Saint-Germain. Playing career Guignedoux was a graduate of the RC Paris academy. He played one season with the club in the Division 2 before joining Stade Saint-Germain in 1966, where he continued studies while playing third tier football. In 1970, Stade Saint-Germain merged with Paris FC to create Paris Saint-Germain; therefore, Guignedoux joined the newly formed club. Camp Des Loges
The Camp des Loges, also known as Ooredoo Training Centre for sponsorship reasons, located in Saint-Germain-en-Laye, is the training ground of French football club Paris Saint-Germain. The current version of the Camp des Loges opened in November 2008. It is the second to have been built on the site, the first opening its doors in 1904.
