Ajit Khan
Hamid Ali Khan (27 January 1922 – 22 October 1998), better known by his stage name Ajit, was an Indian actor active in Hindi films. He acted in over two hundred movies over almost four decades. Ajit is also credited for starring as a lead actor in popular Bollywood movies such as ''Beqasoor'', '' Nastik'', ''Bada Bhai'', ''Milan'', ''Bara Dari'', and later as a second lead in ''Mughal-e-Azam'' and ''Naya Daur''. Allu Rama Lingaiah
Allu Ramalingaiah (1 October 1922 – 31 July 2004) was an Indian character actor, comedian, and producer known for his works in Telugu cinema. In 1990, He was honoured with the Padma Shri for his contribution to Indian cinema. In 1998, he received the Filmfare Lifetime Achievement Award - South, and the Raghupathi Venkaiah Award in 2001. Hrishikesh Mukherjee (30 September 1922 – 27 August 2006) was an Indian film director, editor and writer. He is regarded as one of the greatest filmmakers of Indian cinema. Popularly known as ''Hrishi-da'', he directed 42 films during his career spanning over four decades, and is named the pioneer of the 'middle cinema' of India. Balwant Moreshwar Purandare (29 July 1922 – 15 November 2021), popularly known as Babasaheb Purandare, was an Indian historian and theatre personality from Maharashtra, India. He was awarded the Padma Vibhushan, India's highest second-civilian award on 25 January 2019. His works are mostly based on the events related to the life of Shivaji maharaj, the 17th-century founder of the Maratha Empire; as a result he is termed as ''Shiv-Shahir'' ("Shivaji's bard"). He is mostly known for his popular play on Shivaji ''Jaanta Raja'' which was popular not only in Maharashtra but also in Andhra Pradesh and Goa. Babashaeb Purandare has also studied the history of the Peshwas of Pune. Mohammed Fazal
Mohammed Fazal (2 July 1922 – 4 September 2014) was an Indian politician who was the Governor of Maharashtra from 10 October 2002 to 5 December 2004. Born in a well-known ''zamindari'' (landlord) family, he studied at the Allahabad University and later at the London School of Economics at the University of London. In 1977 he was appointed the Secretary of Industrial Development, Government of India. He was the most senior member of the Planning Commission from April 1980 till his resignation in January 1985. He then founded and was the chairman of Hughes & Hughes Chem Ltd. In 1999, he was appointed the Governor of Goa, a post he held until he was appointed Governor of Maharashtra. He suggested to Chief Minister of Maharashtra Sushilkumar Shinde that prostitution be legalised, which caused controversy.
