Vilhelm Christesen
Frederik Christian Vilhelm Christesen (4 July 1822 – 29 December 1899) was a Danish goldsmith and silversmith. His firm was from 1858 based at Amaliegade 11 in Copenhagen. Early life and education Christesen was born on 4 July 1822 in Copenhagen, the son of helmsman Anders (or Hans) Christensen (1792-1828) and Vilhelmine Magdalene Augusta Grandjean (1796-1849). The mother moved the family to Slagelse following the father's death in 1825. Christesen was apprenticed to Jacob Kjølstrup in his new home town. Hans Peter Hansen
Hans Peter Hansen (20 December 1829 – 18 November 1899) was a Danish xylographer who specialized in portraits. Hansen was born in Copenhagen. He first learned the profession of watchmaking before studying woodcutting under Hans Christian Henneberg, Johann Adolf Kittendorff, and Johan Peter Aagaard. At the same time, he also followed courses at the Academy of Arts of Copenhagen (1843/44). In 1854, he travelled to Germany, first to Dresden and then to Leipzig, where he settled. In 1859, he married Clara Aurelia Sophie Langer (5 August 1830 – 1 July 1913), the daughter of the engraver Georg Gottfried Langer and sister of engraver Karl Hermann Theodor Langer (17 December 1819 – 1895). Edvard Jünger
Frederik Gottlieb Edvard Jünger (19 April 1823 – 21 October 1899) was a Danish precision mechanic and instrument maker. His company was taken over by Christopher Peter Jürgensen in 1869. In the 1870s and early 1880s, he was the manager of Holmegaard Glass Factory near Næstved. Early life and education Jünger was born in Holbæk. He initially worked as a clerk at various offices, most lately at the Bregentved estate. He was, however, interested in the technical sciences and his talent for mechanics caught the attention of Hans Christian Ørsted. Ørsted helped him obtain a grant from count F. M. Knuth which enabled him to enroll at the College of Advanced Technology. His education also brought him to Munich and Vienna. Erik Bøgh
Erik Bøgh (17 June 1822 – 17 August 1899) was a Danish journalist, playwright and songwriter. From 1881 to 1899 he worked at the Royal Danish Theatre. Bøgh authored the one-act musical comedy ''Valbygaasen'' (The Goose of Valby), which was first performed in Copenhagen in 1856.
