	Øyvind Vågnes Øyvind Vågnes (born 1972) is a Norwegian novelist, magazine editor and researcher. Vågnes was born in Brattvåg. He made his literary debut in 2003 with the novel ''Ingen skal sove i natt''. He was awarded the Nynorsk Literature Prize The Nynorsk Literature Prize is awarded annually by Noregs Mållag, Det Norske Teatret and Det Norske Samlaget for the best book in either Nynorsk or dialect. 	Brattvåg Brattvåg is a village in Ålesund Municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The village is located on the Norwegian mainland, along the west side of the Samfjorden.
