The most successful year for Å koda Felicia Kit Car was in 1996. Å koda Motorsport used VW 1,6l 8V engine that produced more than 1,5l unit. The result was only 3rd place in 1996 World Rally Championship in F2 class, but they were fighting for the title the whole season with Seat. The unravelling came on the last rally of the season, the RAC, where after big misfortune Å koda lost their chance for victory. 1997 was the last year for Felicia, where in Rally of Finland came the successor, the Octavia Kit car.
