ŠKODA Motorsport is the sports factory team of the car manufacturer Škoda Auto, currently focusing on the development and construction of racing cars. The latest model from Škoda Motorsport's workshops is the Škoda Fabia RS Rally2, which was introduced on June 14, 2022, and is set to follow in the footsteps of its successful predecessor, the ŠKODA FABIA Rally2 evo, unveiled in 2019. During the factory team's existence, they have managed to secure five championship titles in the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile, FIA World Rally Championship category WRC 2 in the manufacturers' standings. Plazy
Plazy is a municipality and village in Mladá Boleslav District in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 500 inhabitants. Škoda 1101/1102
The Škoda 1101 is a small family car that was produced by Czechoslovak automaker AZNP at their plants in Mladá Boleslav, Vrchlabí and Kvasiny. It was basically a modernized version of the Škoda Popular 1101, which was introduced in 1939. The main differences were a redesigned body (although still with wooden frame) and a new dashboard. Production of the Škoda 1101 began in 1946. In 1949 the Škoda 1102 entered production. It was virtually identical with 1101 type, except for a new column-mounted shifter. The two models were produced simultaneously, with 1102 chassis preferably used for sedan bodies and 1101 for vans, station-wagons and ambulances. The Monte Carlo Rally or Rallye Monte-Carlo (officially Rallye Automobile Monte-Carlo) is a rallying event organized each year by the Automobile Club de Monaco.
