Ece Yüksel (born 6 October 1997) is a Turkish actress best known for her roles in the movie '' Kız Kardeşler'' (2019) and the Netflix original series '' Aşk 101'' (2021). Life and career Yüksel was born in 1997 in Istanbul. She had a degree in theatre studies from Kadir Has University. In 2014, she received acting lessons at Craft Acting Workshop before taking courses at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Her parents initially did not encourage her to pursue a career in acting, but due to her persistence they had her registered for theatre workshops at the age of 7. Şule Yüksel Şenler (29 May 1938 – 28 August 2019) (Born Yüksel Şenler) was a Turkish writer, journalist. She devoted herself throughout her life to improving the status of conservative women in Turkish society and became a leading role model in women's participation in the public sphere towards the end of the 1960s. She was the designer of so-called "Türban", instead of the traditional "Başörtüsü" that was common in Anatolia for centuries, which she had learned from an Armenian tailor. Şule Yüksel Şenler holds several firsts. She was the first journalist to wear a headscarf in Türkiye, the first convict to appear in court with a headscarf, and the first speaker with an Islamic identity to address audiences in public spaces such as seminar and conference halls outside of mosques. Serdar Yüksel (born April 27, 1973) is a German politician of the Social Democratic Party (SPD) and current Member of the Bundestag since the 2025 election. Saadet Yüksel (born 7 December 1983) is a Turkish judge at the European Court of Human Rights Education Yüksel entered the faculty of Law of the Istanbul University in September 2000, where she obtained a Bachelor of Laws in 2004 and a Master of European Laws in 2006. Yüksel is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association and worked in Turkey from 2005 onwards as a lawyer, including on human rights issues. In 2011, Yüksel obtained an additional Master of Laws from the Harvard Law School. She then returned to Turkey where she obtained a Ph.D at the Istanbul University in 2012. Müjde Yüksel (born 9 March 1981) is a former Turkish female basketball player. The national competitor played in the forward position. After Yüksel played for Migrosspor, she transferred to Fenerbahçe Istanbul. She played for two seasons with Fenerbahçe and won one Turkish Women's Basketball League championship, two Turkey Cup and one President's Cup title. Yüksel signed a contract with Beşiktaş J.K. for the 2005–06 season, then transferred to Mersin BŞB for the 2006–07 season. Metin Yüksel (July 17, 1958 – February 23, 1979) was a Kurdish-Turkish political and social Islamist activist. One of the main leaders of Turkey's Islamic movement during the 1970s, he also was a member of the Raiders Organization. Mehmet Tobias Scholl (born Mehmet Tobias Yüksel; 16 October 1970) is a German football manager and former player. He played most of his career as an attacking midfielder for Bayern Munich.
