Wunderbar Films is an Indian film production and distribution company established by Actor Dhanush and his wife Aishwarya on 20 May 2010. Based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, it mainly produces and distributes Tamil films, and occasionally Malayalam and Hindi films. The headquarters of the company is located in Nungambakkam, Chennai. History Wunderbar Films was established by actor Dhanush and his wife Aishwarya on 20 May 2010. The studio was named "Wunderbar", which means "wonderful" in German, out of sentimental value. Dhanush
Venkatesh Prabhu Kasthuri Raja (born 28 July 1983), known professionally as Dhanush, is an Indian actor, producer, director, lyricist and playback singer who predominantly works in Tamil cinema. Chennai Marathon
The Chennai Marathon is an annual marathon held in Chennai, India. The event is organised by the Chennai Runners, and is one of the few events in the state to be endorsed by the Sports Development Authority of Tamil Nadu (SDAT). Starting at the Napier Bridge in Marina Beach and terminating at the Annai Velankanni Church on Elliot's Beach, it is considered South India's largest city marathon, in which over 1,000 athletes and more than 20,000 amateurs participate. The event has three categories: full Marathon, half marathon, and the most popular, the 10 km race. ''Kaaka Muttai'' (released internationally as ''The Crow's Egg'') is a 2015 Indian Tamil-language comedy drama film written, directed and filmed by M. Manikandan, in his directorial debut. Jointly produced by Dhanush's Wunderbar Films, Vetrimaaran's Grass Root Film Company and distributed by Fox Star Studios, it stars newcomers Vignesh and Ramesh, alongside Aishwarya Rajesh, Ramesh Thilak, Yogi Babu in supporting roles and Silambarasan in a cameo appearance.
