Valerie Edmond (born 1969) is a Scottish actress. Her first notable role was in ''The Sunshine Boys'' at the Royal Lyceum Theatre, directed by Maureen Lipman, soon after she graduated from the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama. Sheena Elizabeth McDonald (born 25 July 1954, Dunfermline, Fife, Scotland) is a Scottish journalist and broadcaster. Early life She was the daughter of Very Rev William J. G. McDonald, minister of Mayfield church in Edinburgh, and Moderator of the General Assembly of the Church of Scotland in 1989. ''Complicity'' (or ''Retribution'' in the US market) is a 2000 film based on the 1993 novel ''Complicity'' by Iain Banks. The screenplay was written by Bryan Elsley, and directed by Gavin Millar.
