The Committee on Ways and Means is the chief tax-writing committee of the United States House of Representatives. Steven Alexzander Horsford (born April 29, 1973) is an American politician and businessman serving as the U.S. representative for Nevada's 4th congressional district since 2019, previously holding the position from 2013 to 2015.
