''Undaground Legend'' is the second solo studio album by American rapper Lil' Flip. It was released on August 27, 2002, through Sucka Free/ Loud/Columbia Records. Recording sessions took place at Sucka Free Records Studio and SouthSide Studio in Houston. Production was handled by Young Sears, Ke'Noe, Bigg Tyme, Tommy Granville Jr, Chop Shop Productions, David Banner, Joe Traxx, Kojak, Mr. Mixx, Slugger, and Lil' Flip himself, who also served as executive producer together with Hump. It features guest appearances from Lil' Ron, Big T, Bizzy Bone, David Banner, Seville, Yung Redd, Big Shasta, Chamillionaire, C-Note, Juvenile and Skip. The album debuted at number 12 on the ''Billboard'' 200 and number 4 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums with 70,000 copies sold in the first week released in the United States. Lil' Flip
Wesley Eric Weston Jr. (born 3 March 1981), better known by his stage name Lil' Flip, is an American rapper. Raised in Houston, Texas, he began his musical career as a freestyle and battle rapper before signing with the local record label Suckafree Records in 1999. Three years later, he secured a joint venture with Columbia Records, achieving mainstream recognition for his 2004 singles " Game Over" and " Sunshine", which peaked at numbers 15 and two on the ''Billboard'' Hot 100, respectively. The Isley Brothers
The Isley Brothers ( ) are an American soul group originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, that began as a vocal trio consisting of the brothers O'Kelly Isley Jr., Rudolph Isley and Ronald Isley in the 1950s. With a career spanning over seven decades, the group has enjoyed one of the "longest, most influential, and most diverse careers in the pantheon of popular music". Together with a fourth brother, Vernon, the group performed gospel music until Vernon's death a few years after its formation. Christopher Howard Jasper (December 30, 1951 – February 23, 2025) was an American singer, composer and producer. Jasper was a member of the Isley Brothers from 1973 to 1983, and Isley-Jasper-Isley from 1984 to 1987. He was also a successful solo musician and record producer, recording over 17 of his own solo albums, including four urban contemporary gospel albums, all written, produced and performed, both vocally and instrumentally, by Jasper. Rudolph "Rudy" Bernard Isley (April 1, 1939 – October 11, 2023) was an American singer-songwriter and Christian minister and one of the founding members of The Isley Brothers. Life and career Rudolph "Rudy" Bernard Isley was born on April 1, 1939, and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he began singing in church at a young age. By his teen years, he was singing as member of The Isley Brothers with Kelly, Ronnie and Vernon. Ronald Isley ( ; born May 21, 1941) is an American singer, songwriter, and record producer. Isley is the lead singer and founding member of the family music group The Isley Brothers. Early life Born in 1941 to Sallye Bernice (née Bell) and O'Kelly Isley Sr, Isley was the third of six brothers (O'Kelly Isley Jr., Rudolph Isley, Vernon Isley, Ernie Isley, Marvin Isley). O'Kelly "Kelly" Isley Jr. (December 25, 1937 – March 31, 1986) was an American singer and one of the founding members of the family group the Isley Brothers. Early life The eldest of the Isley Brothers, Kelly started singing with his brothers at church. When he was 16, he and his three younger brothers ( Rudolph, Ronald and Vernon) formed The Isley Brothers and toured the gospel circuit.
