Sítio Do Picapau Amarelo (2012 TV Series)
''Sítio do Picapau Amarelo'' (roughly Yellow Woodpecker Farm or Yellow Woodpecker Ranch) is a Brazilian animated series loosely based on the eponymous series of books '' Sítio do Picapau Amarelo'' by Monteiro Lobato. It was first aired on 7 January 2012, and it was produced by Globo and Mixer. Each episode of the series took five weeks to get ready and were all based on the book of ''Reinações de Narizinho'', published in 1931 by Monteiro Lobato. It was the first animated series adaptation of the work, after the five Live-action versions of the television adaptation by the same name. Background The animated series began to be produced in October 2010, by Mixer Productions in partnership with Globo. Sítio Do Picapau Amarelo (novel Series)
''Sítio do Picapau Amarelo'' (literally translated and roughly known as "''The Yellow Woodpecker Farm" or "The Yellow Woodpecker Ranch") is a series of 23 fantasy novels written by Brazilian author Monteiro Lobato between 1920 and 1940. The series is considered representative of Brazilian children's literature and as the Brazilian equivalent to children's classics such as C. S. Lewis, '' The Chronicles of Narnia'' and L. Frank Baum's '' The Wonderful Wizard of Oz'' series. Lobato's single original adult fiction, a sci-fi novel entitled ''O Presidente Negro'' ("The Black President") set in the far future, would not achieve the same popularity of ''Sítio''. The concept was introduced in Monteiro Lobato's 1920 novel ''A Menina do Narizinho Arrebitado'', and was later republished as the first chapter of ''Reinações de Narizinho'', which is the first novel of the actual ''Sítio'' series. Donkey

Corncob
A corncob, also called corn cob, cob of corn or corn on the cob, is the central core of an ear of corn (also known as maize). It is the part of the ear on which the kernels grow. Universo HQ ("Comics Universe") is a Brazilian website about comics and considered the most important Brazilian information source on comics-related news. History Universo HQ was created by Samir Naliato and first aired on January 5, 2000. After six months, he invited the journalist Sidney Gusman to become the website's editor. Gusman also invited Sérgio Codespoti and Marcelo Naranjo to work with them, followed by many different collaborators during the years.
