Rychlebské Hory
The Golden Mountains (; ; ) are a mountain range in the Sudetes on the border between Poland and the Czech Republic. Various ores were mined here from the 13th to the 20th century, including gold (), hence the name Golden Mountains. There is a gold mine open to the public in Złoty Stok. It is the wildest, least civilized and least visited mountain range in Poland. Sudetes
The Sudetes ( ), also known as the Sudeten Mountains or Sudetic Mountains, is a geomorphological subprovince of the Bohemian Massif province in Central Europe, shared by the Czech Republic, Poland and Germany. They consist mainly of mountain ranges and are the highest part of the Bohemian Massif. They stretch from the Saxon capital of Dresden in the northwest across to the region of Lower Silesia in Poland and to the city of Ostrava in the Czech Republic in the east. Złoty Stok
Złoty Stok (, , "''Richstone''") is a town in Ząbkowice Śląskie County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is situated on the border with the Czech Republic, adjoining the Czech village Bílá Voda. It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Złoty Stok, and lies approximately south of Ząbkowice Śląskie and south of the regional capital Wrocław. Crown of Polish Mountains (Polish: ''Korona Gór Polski'') – a list of 28 peaks one per each of the mountain ranges of Poland. It was suggested by geographer, traveller and writer and Dr. Wojciech Lewandowski in the tourism and local lore magazine '. The list was on December 12, 1997 at a meeting convened by the editors of ''Know Your Country'' and at the same time the Club of the Conquerors of the Crown of Polish Mountains was inaugurated. The original idea was to be a list containing the highest peak of each range. However it was decided to consider only most prominent peaks which had a marked hiking trail at the time of the compiling of the list.
