Rivière Savane Du Nord
The Savane du Nord river is a tributary of the Sainte-Anne River, flowing on the north bank of the Saint Lawrence River. This river successively crosses the unorganized territory of Lac-Pikauba and the city of Baie-Saint-Paul, in the Charlevoix, in the administrative region of Capitale-Nationale, in the province of Quebec, in Canada. The upper part begins in the southeast of the territory of the Laurentides Wildlife Reserve; then its course leaves this reserve to follow on the south side the limit of the reserve. The upper part (area of Savane Lake) of this small valley is served by a secondary forest road. The lower part is served by a forest road that goes up the west side of the Sainte-Anne river. Beaupré, Quebec
Beaupré () is a ''ville'' in the Canadian province of Quebec, located in La Côte-de-Beaupré Regional County Municipality. The town is along the St. Lawrence River and Quebec Route 138, Route 138 at the mouth of the Sainte-Anne River (Beaupré), Sainte-Anne-du-Nord River. Mont-Sainte-Anne, the highest skiing station in the eastern part of Canada, is located in Beaupré. It is also one of the town's major sport attractions. Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré () is a town in La Côte-de-Beaupré Regional County Municipality, Quebec, Canada, along the Saint Lawrence River, north-east of Quebec City. Baie-Saint-Paul
Baie-Saint-Paul (; 2021 Population 7,371; UA population 4,308) is a city in the Province of Quebec, Canada, on the northern shore of the St. Lawrence River. Baie-Saint-Paul is the seat of Charlevoix Regional County Municipality. The city is situated at the mouth of the Gouffre River. The place gained some prominence in the 1770s when Doctor Philippe-Louis-François Badelard named a disease he was researching the "Baie-Saint-Paul maladie". This illness was the subject of one of the first medical publications done in Lower Canada. Lac-Pikauba, Quebec
Lac-Pikauba is an unorganized territory (Quebec), unorganized territory in the Capitale-Nationale region of Quebec, Canada. It is a large, unpopulated, undeveloped territory that makes up two-thirds of the Charlevoix Regional County Municipality. The entire area west of Quebec Route 381, which bisects the territory, is part of the Laurentides Wildlife Reserve and the Grands-Jardins National Park. A portion of the Hautes-Gorges-de-la-Rivière-Malbaie National Park is in the north-eastern part of the territory. The territory's largest lake is the eponymous Pikauba Lake. This toponym comes from the Innu-aimun, Montagnais word ''Opikopau''. ''Opi'' is a root to indicate that something is enclosed or confined. ''Kopau'' describes a lake with alders, reeds, or other.
