Rafał Maciej Kurzawa (; born 29 January 1993) is a Polish professional Association football, footballer who plays as a Winger (association football), left winger for Ekstraklasa club Bruk-Bet Termalica Nieciecza, Bruk-Bet Termalica. Club career On 31 January 2019, Kurzawa was loaned out to Danish Superliga club FC Midtjylland for six months. He returned to Amiens SC in the summer 2019, but did not take part in any games for the club, before being loaned out to another Danish club Esbjerg fB on 26 January 2020 for the rest of the season. Returning to Amiens in summer 2020, his contract was terminated by mutual agreement on 6 October. The 2017–18 Ekstraklasa (also known as Lotto Ekstraklasa due to its sponsorship by Totalizator Sportowy, Polish lottery) was the 92nd season of the Polish Football Championship, the 84th season of the highest tier domestic division in the Polish football league system since its establishment in 1927 and the 10th season of the Ekstraklasa under its current title. II liga (Druga liga, ), currently named Betclic II liga due to its sponsorship by Betclic, is a Polish football league that sits at the third tier of the Polish football league system. Until the end of the 2007–08 season, ''II Liga'' referred to a league at the 2nd tier, although this changed with the formation of the Ekstraklasa as the top level league in Poland. Currently, II liga is below I liga and above III liga.
