The North–South Expressway Central Link also known as ELITE, is a controlled-access highway in Malaysia, running between Shah Alam in Selangor and Nilai in Negeri Sembilan. The expressway joins the separated North–South Expressway northern route, northern and North–South Expressway southern route, southern sections of the North–South Expressway (Malaysia), North–South Expressway, allowing interstate traffic to bypass Kuala Lumpur. The expressway also serves as a primary access route to Putrajaya and Kuala Lumpur International Airport. The expressway forms the south section of the North–South Expressway (Malaysia), North–South Expressway, connecting the states of Selangor, Negeri Sembilan, Malacca and Johor. The North–South Corridor (NSC), originally conceptualised as the North–South Expressway (NSE), is an under-construction expressway that will be the 11th of Singapore's network of expressways when completed. The NSC will serve increasing traffic along the north-south corridor that is currently served by the Central Expressway (CTE). The expressway is expected to cost about S$7.47 billion when fully completed in 2029 and will connect the East Coast Parkway (ECP) with the northern parts of Singapore. The North–South Expressway West (Vietnamese: ''Đường cao tốc Bắc – Nam phía Tây'') is a partially completed expressway in Vietnam that will form an inland parallel route to the North–South expressway. It will run from Đoan Hùng to Rạch Sỏi in the Mekong Delta, following a similar route to the historic Ho Chi Minh Highway. Between Hà Tĩnh and Da Nang, the narrowest part of Vietnam, it will be concurrent with the North–South Expressway.
