Municipality Of Zreče
The Municipality of Zreče (; ) is a municipality below the slopes of Pohorje in northeastern Slovenia. Its seat is the town of Zreče. The area is part of the traditional region of Lower Styria, Styria. The municipality is now included in the Savinja Statistical Region. Geography The municipality covers an area of at the foothills of the Pohorje range between . The central part of the municipality is highly segmented with much of the northern part with hills with an elevation of over and a continental climate. Gorenje Pri Zrečah
Gorenje pri Zrečah () is a settlement in the Municipality of Zreče in northeastern Slovenia. The area is part of the traditional region of Styria. It is now included with the rest of the municipality in the Savinja Statistical Region. Name The name of the settlement was changed from ''Sveta Kunigunda'' (literally, ' Saint Cunigunde') to ''Gorenje'', and then again to ''Gorenje pri Zrečah'' in 1955. The name was changed on the basis of the 1948 Law on Names of Settlements and Designations of Squares, Streets, and Buildings as part of efforts by Slovenia's postwar communist government to remove religious elements from toponyms. Polajna () is a small settlement in the Municipality of Zreče in northeastern Slovenia. It lies on the main road from Zreče to Vitanje. The area is part of the traditional region of Styria and is now included with the rest of the municipality in the Savinja Statistical Region. Osredek pri Zrečah () is a small settlement immediately west of the town of Zreče in northeastern Slovenia. The area is part of the traditional region of Styria.
