Mubadala
Mubadala Investment Company PJSC (), or simply Mubadala, is a state-owned global investment firm that acts as one of the sovereign wealth funds of the government of Abu Dhabi. The company was established in 2017 when then-named Mubadala Development Company (now Mamoura Diversified Global Holding) and the International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC) merged. Headquartered in Abu Dhabi, Mubadala also has offices in London, Rio de Janeiro, New York, San Francisco and Beijing. Khaldoon Khalifa Al Mubarak (; born 1 December 1975) is an Emirati government official and business leader. The Abu Dhabi Investment Council (; ADIC or the "Council") is one of the investment arms of the government of Abu Dhabi. It started operations in April 2007, as a spin-off of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA).
